Health and well-being are treasures that we must maintain day by day. While our lifestyles may not always prioritize disciplined healthy habits, there is great wisdom in finding ways to increase awareness of our health and maintain it with joy. Health, although very often associated with the body, encompasses many more dimensions within the human being. Mental acuity, emotional sensitivity, spiritual connection, and physical vitality are all unique but interrelated senses of well-being.
Seemingly separate, they are all perfectly united as one and as each finds its own balance, the whole finds its ultimate sense of harmony. Here is a little “How-to” curriculum to help you bring awareness into each of your dimensional states – Mental, Emotional, Spiritual and Physical – so that you easily reactivate your maximum energetic potential through conscious dimensional realignment.
Our mind demands constant stimulation to maintain its edge. His ability to stay sharp depends on his capacity for openness, curiosity and mastery of the evolution of consciousness which is the subtle dance between holding on and letting go. Dare, keep learning, question your certainty, embrace the unknown, invite change, etc… There is no greater mind than the mind that has room to grow and time to reflect without judgment. Train your mind to seek your Truth, Give your mind a path to follow where your existential questions melt into your self-understanding.
Our emotional dimension is very subtle and very volatile. What we feel is a direct feedback about who we are at the moment. Bringing awareness to our feelings means communicating with our higher self. We become a channel for life to move through us, from subtle to solid. While emotional language is the language of our soul’s choice, modern society has reduced it to a mute muse and creates a sense of disconnect between mind and heart. This disconnect creates an energetic leak that ultimately lowers our sense of well-being. Listen to your emotions and understand their message. Once you’ve given them all your attention, learn to let it go.
Life provides fuel for those who seek to meet it. When we open our spirituality, we offer a sacred path for our experience to connect with its source. Spiritual practice may or may not be related to religious practice. Indeed, Life itself is a spiritual path. When we realize that truth, we begin to communicate with life as life communicates with us. We become a conscious channel for life, it naturally energizes us, brings a sense of harmony within.
The physical body is the most dense dimension among all our states of existence. It should be somehow easier to care for it, because it is the most real part of who we are. What we see and feel the most. To nourish the body with a balanced healthy diet and proper physical exercise, we can ensure that our physical body becomes a perfect receiver for our source of light. It takes great willpower and awareness of our purpose to care for the body in the most divine way. Caring for the body means acting from joy, pleasure and not out of hatred, guilt or shame. Our body is worth our Sacred Self and vice versa. Caring for one means caring for the other. There is no dissociation, both, one and the same.
