Physical causes

In some cases, people who are underweight or overweight will feel very tired. The reason is that their bodies have to work very hard to support the necessary daily activities.

Drinking too much alcohol and poor eating habits are blamed for making people feel tired the next day too. The reason is that alcohol depletes the body’s natural chemicals, leaving the body struggling to replace the areas that are depleted.

Excessive alcohol can also affect sleep patterns so that it is less restful and results in excessive fatigue.

HHow to Solve Problems

If your tiredness is caused by worry, depression, or anxiety, seek professional help from a mental health doctor.

However, if you feel that your body is weak and you cannot complete most of your daily tasks for some other reason, then start with Energy Blueprint program to increase the amount of daily energy.

If you don’t see improvement quickly, see a doctor to rule out an underlying medical problem or get help for any problems found.

Meditation

Paying attention to your thoughts can help you recover and energize your body. It promotes mental and physical well-being which enhances bodily functions and energy levels. Meditate between 5-10 minutes every day and do yoga exercises to increase the body’s natural energy level.

You can meditate by sitting somewhere for a few minutes while focusing on your breath, sensations and thoughts. Do this as soon as you wake up or at another time convenient for you.
