Health is important, everyone knows that. What everyone may not know is why health is important. Health is not only important for the purpose of life. 1). Health is more than a thin body.
Health is an open mind and open heart that gives way to thought processes and decision-making processes that are aligned with your highest conscious good. Being born in the 20th century means being given the full privilege of remembering that Life is not only what we see but also what is hidden. Health cannot be linked solely to the physical dimension because science has proven – and reinforced by spirituality – that Life is a holistic system that includes the visible, the invisible, and everything in between.
2). Your Training or Weight Loss starts with Your Self-Esteem
No amount of training or physical change can be efficient until the spark that triggers it comes from a deep need to empower the Truth that lies within you. Any change that can take place before your eyes first begins to be imagined in your heart. The 21st Century personal trainer can’t stay stuck with the old ways of asking you to push your weight, eat less, and keep running. It’s a good way to start in the 80’s’ But, and as the numbers of obese and overweight people show, it’s not enough anymore! Bring yourself to believe in yourself and your training will be your way.
3). The real training is Walk through the door
While lifting weights, running, taking classes, or stretching are very important for someone looking to stay healthy, they are not the most important steps for health. Health is the result of habits and habits are born from a systemic approach to life that serves who you are. When you claim your self-respect enough that you find the courage to take your body to the gym, then you have become accustomed to your self-worth as the place that thrills you. From there, training is not a challenge. The vibrant energy of the gym club supports the training experience. The challenge is the path between home and the gym as you face it yourself.
4). Come to the gym not to fit in with the world but to incorporate your world into your Life.
The first motivation for physical change is a deep need for inner revolution because, somehow, the life we live doesn’t match the life we dream of. The motivation to change is the inner spark for Self-realization and growth in awareness. You Life is what you seek to grow and your health is part of the space you create to fit the new version of you: someone who lives according to the Truth. Adapt your Truth in your Life & you will find space for health, Love and happiness.
5). Realize that you are already “Perfect”
This one doesn’t sound like much, but it is the truth. Your present self is exactly what you think you are, therefore, when the law of attraction and the power of manifestation occurs, you are perfect in excellence. While your eyes want to feel something different, your heart knows that, at right now, nothing you are bigger than you see. Which can be must be born from this advantage. Accept this advantage and you will have the means to go even higher.
