Discover the Truth about Computer Glasses and Blue Light

While most of us run our way to success and achievement, we encounter times when success alone can no longer justify our health problems, lack of sleep or our inability to connect with others and find ways to be simple.

One of the first tasks we must do in our Life is to care for the body which bears it, to nourish the mind which expresses it, and to rejoice in the beauty of the Spirit which bears it.

Here is a list of the 5 most relaxing ways to live. Take a moment, sit back, relax and enjoy these words:

1). Find your breath. I am Breath

While breathing is the most important process of human experience, we have forgotten that bringing awareness to it creates the most powerful means of regenerating Life from within.

Indeed, conscious breathing has the power to renew, blood flow, clear the mind, inspire new thoughts, create space between thoughts and make room for expansion.

With a breath you enter this world. It is in that breath that you can travel back to you. ~Alin

2). Picture your dream: I’m Magic

The reality that we experience tends to suck the energy out of our system in a very short time. Every thought that does not nourish the Spirit drains energy and reduces the creative potential of the mind. In the most revealing way possible, take a moment to journal the Life of your dreams.

Let your mind wander in unknown landscapes that make your heart beat stronger and instill joy in your emotional field. Every dream feeling and thought naturally increases the vibrational field of your energy system providing a vital impetus to rediscover yourself again. One of the best ways to relieve stress and turn its energy into positive fuel for Life.

There is as much magic within you as there is in the entire universe. ~Alin

3). Claim Your Truth: I Am Peace

The subjectivity of thought is simultaneously our worst enemy and our closest ally. While a single thought has the power to turn a day into a bleak hour, it inversely and just as powerfully has the power to bring sunshine into it.

Simple but true statements about Yourself have that power. Claim your most comforting Truth: I Am Peace with the focused intention of showering Peace on your Self. Let your body remember the essence of the Source and let it vibrate like the ripple effect of a stone thrown into a still pond.

Peace is not a state to be attained. This is a Truth to remember. ~Alin

4). Follow the Muse: I’m Curiosity

The mind needs structure in which it finds security through boundaries. While structure is necessary for Life to grow, at times, it can provide a sense of limitation that diminishes our creative potential and our sense of empowerment. Give the mind a new playground where matter (mind) is free to move. This room is an inspiration.

Let the mind be childlike again, curious about exploration and driven by discovery. The mind’s ability to move further and reach new free heights is accomplished by using energy that has no space within the structure and only demands new space.

Life can only be passed through the ever-changing landscape of the heart. ~Alin

5). Calm the noise: I am Soul

Whenever your mind keeps you busy with the noisy stream of consciousness, it becomes a disturbance to your Peace. Your deepest connection occurs at the level of Soul and while you are always connected to it, the turbulent river of mindfulness creates disturbances in the peaceful waters of your Truth.

Take every opportunity you get to connect with your Spirit because it is the most natural antidepressant in existence.

The most beautiful relationship you will ever have is One with your Soul. ~Alin
