Energy system CrossFit principles simple, do as much work as possible in the shortest time possible. This principle is also known as HIT or high intensity training. The HIT effect means that CrossFit workouts rarely exceed 30 minutes, making it ideal for anyone who’s short on time to train.

CrossFit competitions are generally held over two or three days, depending on the depth of the competition field. Athletes compete in strength tasks that are based on the movements and exercises used in WODs.
