There are so many definitions of the word Friendship… What does friendship mean to you??
———————————————————-
1.) Does that mean you have one person you can count on to hear you when you need someone to talk to?
2.) Can you talk to them about anything at any time? Is that one person who will shop with you for hours on end? Will they wait while you try on twenty different pairs of heels to see which one fits?
3.) Is that one person who will go to the car dealership and wait hours for a loan approval with you? Is that one person who will laugh with you, cry with you, and make memories with you?
Sometimes we don’t realize that we are sharing friendship with someone. Stop and think about how you touched someone’s heart in friendship. Appreciate them. Sometimes, some people will feel totally underappreciated and feel “left out”. That’s a feeling no one wants to feel. Tell that friend, “Thank You,” so they can feel valued. The good thing about friendships is that you can make lots of memories with them through good times and bad.
Remember when you act silly and you think they’re going to run the other way in the store because their face turns red? Instead they laugh and ignore your silliness.
Remember when your sibling tore Pookie’s ear out because they were pissed off at you and your friend helping you sew his ear back together? They are there to wipe your tears.
Remember when your friend’s heart is breaking with love and you are there to stop her tears? That’s true friendship right there. A friend is there for anything. A friend will stand by your side no matter what happens in life.
Remember to thank those who have been there for you and those who have touched your heart with their love Friendship.
