As a parent, I think one of the best gifts one can give a child is instilling the right values from childhood to keep them in good health. stay all their life. Our core values are like beacons that light our way.
For children, parents are their role models, their superstars, their idols. They learn many habits by imitating their parents, so it is important that we set the right example for them.
We can give them a good education and instill the right values from a young age. This will allow them to become independent and mature individuals who can think beyond themselves.
Teaching life skills gives great confidence and empowers your children. They grow up believing they can achieve it. Being with your child and sharing their joys and disappointments, empathizing, collaborating and discussing their feelings will increase their self-awareness and develop their emotional intelligence.
‘You have to teach them to fish’ than fishing. So sometimes when I teach my daughter, I let her explore her problems and come up with even wrong solutions to develop her thinking skills instead of feeding her. I also gave him confidence and faith in his ability to solve any problem if he could just focus and work hard at it.
