What are some ways we can add life to our days?
1). Early to rise
Morning is the ideal time to start your day. Whether it’s taking long walks outdoors, spending time in prayer or meditation, yoga, jogging, planning the day ahead. The sound of birds, sunrise and serene atmosphere are perfect for this activity.
2). Enjoy breakfast with fresh juice
Breakfast is recognized by many as the most important meal of the day. So instead of rushing to work, take enough time to enjoy a good breakfast with your family. A glass of fresh juice in the morning is very refreshing.
3). Rest
If you have a sedentary job, it’s important to take short breaks to stretch your legs or relax your hands and eyes. Staring at the monitor for hours on end or typing on the keyboard for long periods of time can be tiring.
4). Pursue your interests
We all have passions, interests or hobbies. Be it playing soccer, reading, writing, playing soccer or badminton, music, toastmaster, etc. Making time for these activities is important because they can lift our spirits and keep us motivated.
5). Bonds with family
With the advent of social media, technological gadgets like smartphones, tablets and the like, we find no time for face-to-face communication. After work, we must spend time with our loved ones to strengthen our bonds.
