Another popular Scion model, and the only original model left over from the Scion launch in 2003, is the xB. The car has a very distinct style and many owners are proud to be part of the new “square” culture. When creating Comparison of scion tC, xB is a different beast. Aimed more at utility than performance, the xB had a less powerful engine, fewer gears, but had more rear seat legroom and more room to haul things around. It’s more like a compact van with hatchback space and luggage, but way cooler than a traditional people carrier.
