Some of these countries are – Afghanistan, North Korea, Bahrain, Philippines, Bangladesh, India, Egypt, Cuba, Thailand, Jamaica, Kuwait, Togo, Morocco, Nepal and Zimbabwe.
There are a total of 105 countries included in this list. For countries that are visa-free for third world citizens according to the list of European Governments, having travel insurance is not mandatory. Nevertheless it is advised that they also take it with them when traveling to the Schengen area as one cannot predict an emergency situation that may arise in terms of health or otherwise.
