Man is born of Love, surrounded by Love and will return to Love. Although we can try to persuade our minds of these truths, there will always be doubts left by the noise of our egos reminding us that maybe they are not. While Faith is the only space where this Truth can be known with the soul, there is a bridge over which one can walk to allow the mind to feel guided all the way to memory. A path that allows the mind to see the bigger picture of itself. This path is the path seen and known. A path of evidence that doesn’t make sense but can’t be ignored.

Love is the flow contained in your body – Your body becomes the vessel of Life. Your emotional system is the flow through which love exists. Whenever you have an emotional outburst that your body can’t hold back, it generates an uncontrollable urge to release more through tears, laughter, a stronger heartbeat, sudden sweats, chills and chills, blushing.
This reaction is Love which is experienced in the vessel and cannot be accommodated in it. The overflow must be surrendered so that the harmony of the container is maintained.

Experienced love creates instant memories that are printed in the universal library. Every time your mind accesses this memory, your smile appears without direct connection with the state you are currently living in, but with the Love you remember.

Of all the most beautiful proofs of Love, Friendship is the greatest. Friends are the embodiment of Love. Love that forgives, understands, supports, encourages and comforts. Listening to inspiring music gives your body higher frequency physical sensations that are closer to Love. The meditative state uses stillness as a vessel to bring the mind to make the body vibrate at a greater frequency, also closer to Love.

The last but certainly not the least proof that Love is everywhere is the presence of children. The space in which the child exists is an uncompromisable sense of Life where the only moment that ever was is now. Children naturally have the energy of innocence. Innocence penetrates Love and Love penetrates Life. Whenever you find yourself in the presence of children, your inner child naturally comes out and you are reminded that Love is here.
Although subtle, these evidences exist and though their presence is undeniable, they cannot become clear without a conscious touch and conscious decision to Live. Choose to be a part of the present moment and observe what your body and environment reflect back to you. There lies Love and there you will find yourself.
