Our belief systems hold onto our reality the same way Earth holds nature. The way we care for what we stand on determines what we experience. Our thought process is a creative machine that absorbs all the conscious and subconscious thoughts that we let into our minds. Through the unrelenting filter of our accepted beliefs, dogmas, and conventions, we establish our personal truths and let them shape the reality we experience every day. Thoughts come and go in waves and while some appear occasionally, have no major impact on our long-term lives, others, which I call primary thoughts, represent the foundation upon which our entire life is built. It makes up the strongest structure in which our lighter minds are drawn and rearranged to create our reality.
Because these primary thoughts are so important to the creation of our lives, it is decisive that we wonder about their nature, meaning, and influence. Thus, we can determine how empowering or debilitating they are. We can change some if necessary or strengthen others as well. Here are the 4 most important thoughts that affect our whole life. Bring awareness to them and become an empowered influencer to expand your life.
1 – Lord of all Minds
The ruler of all thoughts is the one who stands above Love. We are all Love, embodied in human form, and experience Life through a different and very unique aspect of ourselves. There is the Presence of Love or the absence of it. With presence, every mind becomes empowered with love, in the absence of Love, mind becomes empowered with fear. To determine which main thoughts support our light thinking is very important in constructing our lives because the main thoughts are the essence of the creative process. Love-based thoughts expand our reality by making room for higher vibrations and therefore greater experiences. Fear-based thoughts limit our creative abilities, reduce our ability to experience and lower our innate potential to enjoy.
2 – Thoughts on Change
Change is inevitable and one of the most important attitudes we must adopt is flexibility of mind in dealing with change. The way we perceive and experience change determines the ease or resistance with which we go through life. When we think of change as a part of who we are, we allow ourselves to become familiar with it and we just go where the energy wants to go. We have to accept the subtle and feel the guidance showing us the way. Thinking of change as one of the most natural states of existence is empowering Life with a master driving its flow effortlessly through acceptance.
3 – Thoughts of Self
Thoughts about self are the most significant because they define the way we know ourselves, feel ourselves, and share about ourselves. The way we view our roles, our responsibilities, our beauty, our intelligence, our strengths, our vulnerabilities, and more, drives our choices and decisions. Our ability to know ourselves is a determining factor in how we explore our experiences and open up our lives. What we think of ourselves provides the structure of life to shape our reality. Realizing what we honestly think of ourselves means starting to master the flow that creates our days.
4 – Thinking about Responsibility
Whenever we place ourselves at the center of what we live and claim ownership of all our experiences, we empower our thought processes with a powerful sense of sovereignty over our lives. Knowing ourselves as the authority in our life gives us the knowledge that we can change everything, that we have to accept everything and that we can make dreams come true. Those who are helpless with the awareness of the experience of victimhood and a downward spiral of existential life where life overwhelms them instead of them dancing with Life.
Taking responsibility for our life means owning it, regardless of what seems good or not. We must have all the pieces. We must embrace the good for the blessings it brings and accept the lesser good for the wisdom it teaches. Think of responsibility and accountability as two influential pillars of an empowering life.
